Schedule of Antenatal Appointments
This schedule indicates approximate timings of your appointments with Kōwhai Midwife Collective, however this will be customised to your specific needs. You are welcome to bring your partner, support person or any whanau member you wish to any or all appointments. The booking appointment can take up to an hour. Other appointments are 15-30 minutes.

Getting to know you better
• Discussing your experience/ journey to becoming pregnant

• Choices for screening for Down’s syndrome and 2 other genetic conditions will be explained and can be organised by Kōwhai Midwife Collective, if this is what you want.
• Fully funded screen involving a blood test and an ultrasound scan

• Rest, relax and be patient while you wait for your baby and your body to go into labour
